BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS
Use of the Platform and participation in any token-related activity involves substantial risk. Users acknowledge and accept, without limitation, the following risks:
(a) Volatility. Digital assets, including USDT, USDC, and $COD3R, are subject to extreme price volatility. The value of any digital asset may decrease to zero.
(b) Irreversibility. Transactions executed on blockchain networks are irreversible and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified once confirmed. The Platform and its operators bear no liability for transactions executed in error by the user.
(c) Technical Risks. Blockchain networks and smart contracts may be subject to bugs, vulnerabilities, forks, congestion, downtime, or other technical failures beyond the control of the Platform operators.
(d) Regulatory Risk. The regulatory status of digital assets and blockchain-based services varies across jurisdictions and is subject to rapid and unpredictable change. New or amended regulations may adversely affect the Platform, the $COD3R token, or the ability of users to access the Platform.
(e) Loss of Access. Loss of private keys, wallet credentials, or access to a connected wallet may result in permanent and irrecoverable loss of funds. The Platform operators are not responsible for and cannot assist in recovering lost wallet access.
PLATFORM IN DEVELOPMENT
COD3R.AI is an early-stage platform under active development. The Platform, including its features, pricing structures, credit systems, subscription plans, supported blockchain networks, and any other functionality, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the operators, with or without notice to users.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. The operators do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the Platform's AI systems. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs prior to deployment or use.
ANONYMOUS TEAM
The individuals responsible for the development and operation of COD3R.AI have elected to operate anonymously. This decision is consistent with the decentralized ethos of the project. The anonymous nature of the team does not diminish the legal obligations set forth in the Platform's Terms of Service or any applicable laws. All on-chain transactions and treasury activity related to the Platform will be publicly verifiable on the relevant blockchain networks.
JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Access to and use of the Platform, including the purchase of credits, subscription plans, or participation in any token-related activity, may be unlawful in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether their access to or use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or citizenship. The Platform does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators, developers, contributors, and affiliates of COD3R.AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (i) the use of or inability to use the Platform; (ii) reliance on information contained in this document; (iii) any loss of funds resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet compromise, or technical failures; or (iv) regulatory actions affecting the Platform or the $COD3R token.
